Esther Erlich and Joe

Esther Erlich and Joe. Video length: 1 minute 12 seconds

- Do you wanna tell us a little bit more a story about the creation?

- Well, Joe is my grandson, he's the youngest of my son's kids, and the other two have been painted already so I did him and he-

- And this is the only one who's got into the finals.

- So there you go. Win, win yeah. So then he hasn't teased his brother and sister at all, wrong. He has. But I just thought his face, he could put on a really good face, he can be quite serious and I quite liked his serious face so I did that and I got the shading and it was good. It was a whole production, we kind of enjoyed doing it, yeah. And then it just fell into place easily except for the background, I kept changing the colours. And then we were working out what to call it. We came up with some stupid names but "Triceratops" was best. We stuck with that one.

- Well, I think it's an absolutely fantastic portrait and you should both be very, very proud.

- Thank you. Thank you very much.

- Thank you for coming over today.

- Thank you.

- It was so nice to meet you, Joe. Thank you.

- Thank you.
