You can renew your membership using the form at the bottom of this page. Renewals can also be made in person at the Gallery Information Desk.
Once processed, you will receive your new Membership card in the post within 3 weeks. Payment methods accepted: VISA and Mastercard.
Refund policy
National Portrait Gallery memberships are non-transferable. If you would like to cancel your membership you must notify us in writing within seven days of purchase for a refund. Please note that after this time memberships are non-refundable.
