- This is The Zammitt Family. So The Zammitt Family is part of a massive series of mine that I've been doing since early 2020, documenting COVID in and around Sydney. So I've taken thousands of photos over that period. And I guess, was one of the few photographers who was constantly out on the streets during lockdown. And in that series, I've covered mostly kind of community-focused issues and situations. I'm just trying to capture, I guess, the diversity of experience that has endured over the last two years with COVID. So I met Brian who is over here, who's the head of a COVID cleaning operation company. And I met him deep cleaning a restaurant not far from my house back in 2020, I think. And I said, "What about we take a photo of you and your family?" So it's a kind of quirky, on one hand, it's a bit of a quirky take on traditional family portraiture. And on the other hand, it kind of is a deeper look at how COVID has affected everyone, including your typical kind of family, which I might call a typical family over the last few years. "Is this the new norm?" I guess, it's asking?
