Henry Bosch AO is the former Chairman of the National Companies and Securities Commission and was Chairman of the Working Group on Corporate Practices and Conduct. Since 1972 he has served on over thirty boards of companies and other organisations in commerce, industry, education and government. He has advised many boards and has written and spoken extensively on aspects of corporate governance. His publications include The Workings of a Watchdog, Bosch on Business, The Director at Risk ; Accountability in the Boardroom, Conversations with a New Director and his latest book, Conversations Between Chairmen. In 1991 Henry Bosch was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia.
