Jacob Nash (born 1982) is a Daly River artist and designer and was Head of Design at Bangarra Dance Theatre between 2010 and 2023, working on over 20 productions. Nash has been recognised nationally and internationally for his work, including a Helpmann Award for Best Scenic Design for Bennelong. He was appointed the inaugural Creative Artist in Residence for Sydney Festival in 2021, and previously provided creative direction for the Festival's Proclamation (2020), production design for ALWAYS (2019), BLACK TIES (2020) and To cook or not to Cook (2021). Nash is part of the First Nations-led consortium, Akin, who will design the Barangaroo Harbour Park (announced July 2023), and in June 2023 Nash's public art installation, Canopy, was unveiled in Darling Harbour, Sydney. Nash is the subject of Ingvar Kenne's 2017 photograph in the National Portrait Gallery collection.
