My artwork explores a side of my personality which most people would find surprising. I’ve always been shy, anxious and lacked confidence unless I was in a comfortable situation. Through my exploration of visual art and the great guidance from my art teacher, I’ve improved my skills enormously and found that I can now express myself better. For the first time in my life I feel really comfortable with where I’m at, especially at school. Art has helped me to grow socially and emotionally into a confident and happy person.
