Have you ever felt that incredible weight of the world on your shoulders, spinning out of hand? My artwork is about emotional stress, being 'caught under'. I have depicted strong and difficult emotions, where overwhelming circumstances in real life, feelings of helplessness and feeling out of control have become part of my personal and school life. The situation is out of control; stressing me out, but there is a sense of being alone – kind of like deafness; that mute sense like being under the water, drowning and no one is there. Silence. Panic...
